项目空间为306平方，楼高为5.6M。如今建筑工艺日新月异，正以迅雷不及掩耳之速迅猛发展，设计师们不断探寻传统艺术与现代精神的融汇，在繁华中传承古典技艺之精华。榫卯，惊艳千年的中国美，也让中国建筑存世万年。本营销中心将榫卯结构与玻璃结合做为屋顶，利用现代玻璃工艺让阳光透过木构将光影印于室内，充分展现了古建筑工艺构造之美。背景水墨画、窗棂、京剧脸谱、吊灯的每个细节，都是设计师在历史长河中汲取的精华活用于现代空间语境中，描摹古典雅韵。

VIP室.神农说，当树叶落入水中，改变了水的味道，从此有了茶。四千多年的茶文化蕴含着生活的本质和哲学。外界纷纷扰扰，此处宁静一隅，窗外绿树掩映，恍若隔世。
